MEET MATTHEW WOHLKINGER
A native of South Africa, Matthew has been a life-long baker since helping his grandmother in the kitchen. After moving to the United States with his family, he studied at Le Cordon Blue Culinary Arts Institute in Dallas focusing on Baking and Pâtisserie. Combining his love for art and design, he has been creating edible works of art professionally for the last 12 years. His passion for creating delicious custom cakes is fueled by a desire to create memorable experiences while exceeding every client’s expectations. Matthew’s work has also been featured on Food Network competitions including Cake Wars Season 4, and he most recently took home the victory on the Winner Cake All.
